New Year's Resolutions

I don’t necessarily believe in resolutions but do like to set a few goals under the various hats I wear. So here are my goals for 2010 as the mom of the mud puddle:
1. More hugs – I know they are going to start coming fewer and further between the older he gets so I am going to grab them while I can
2. More reading together – he has started reading to ME so I am going to need to capitalize on that
3. More races – we love to run, I love to run with him and appreciate our shared competitive streak
4. Showing him the world – we already have a London trip in the diary and probably another exotic locale in the summer. I can not WAIT to take him to Hamley’s, the West End for a play and for a proper tea (tea for me, cakes for him). The experiences in my life are much richer when I see them through his eyes.
